Puttin’ On The Ritz

Even though the snow is melting in a number of places and the mercury is set to rise substantially over the next week one still can’t help but think of more tropical places where the sun reflects on the water and birds fly overhead. Imagine how different your past two weeks would have been had you woken up to 65º mornings that topped out around 72º just after lunch? Now imagine how different your past couple of weeks would have been had you woken up to those temperatures in a memory foam bed, stepped down to a bright, airy kitchen space, and enjoyed a warm cup of coffee while looking out across the lake? Sound dreamy? It is…and is not! It doesn’t have to be a dream because located in beautiful Orlando, FL (just minutes from the mouse), situated around Lake Fairview, is a ritzy tiny home that redefines tiny house luxury!

The Ritz has high-end finishes, including a full-size, stainless steel fridge, glass stove cooktop and Italian tile throughout. The breakfast bar seats 3 comfortably and has a sliding buffet window that allows full interaction between the outside and in. The tiny house sleeps 5 adults in a collection of 3 memory foam beds.

Two are in sleeping lofts while one is at the end of the house and serves double duty as a daybed.

Truly though, The Ritz is available to those who enjoy the outdoors and want the world to be their living room. When you step outside the glass french doors, Lake Fairview is just 20 feet away, where you can enjoy paddleboarding or a spin in a two-person in-tandem kayak (both available with rental of the house). There are also two fishing poles available should you want to try your hand at catching your own dinner!

In addition, an on-site guest/resident coin laundry is available and The Ritz has onsite vehicle parking. There simply is no reason to keep suffering this winter when you can head down South, try it tiny, and bring a little Vitamin D to your life!
